GUIDE TO BUY PRODUCTS

STEP 1: SEARCH AND CHOOSE FAVORITE PRODUCTS ON THE WEBSITE

- You can search for products in 2 ways:

1. Type the product name into the search bar

2. Search by product category on the menu bar (Men, Women, Boys, Girls, Special offer ...)

-After finding a product you like, please go to the product page to view the product. Here, customers choose the Color, Size and Quantity of the products they want to buy and choose to buy the product by clicking on the "Contact Now" button.

-After clicking on "Contact Now" the screen on the iPad or mobile device will display a dialog box connected to your mobile phone, there will be a counselor and form for you.

STEP 2: APPLY ORDER ONLINE AND PAY THE ORDER

On the payment page, customers should note that filling out the required information for the order:

I. BUYER ADDRESS

- For customers who already have an account, please login with an existing account before placing an order.

- For Customers who do not have an account, please fill out the buyer information. When you choose to click "Create account for next time", Suteki will automatically create a customer's account on the website with a personal password.

II. PAYMENT METHODS

You can choose 1 of 2 available payment methods:

1. Payment on receipt of goods in cash (COD).

2. Payment when ordering by domestic ATM cards, Visa, Master, JCB via electronic plus Smartlink

STEP 3: CONFIRM OF ORDER

- After completing the online purchase process on Suteki website. Please check your Order Confirmation email with details of the order that the customer has placed earlier.

- You can completely track order status by yourself
