1. Exchange conditions

- Customers also keep purchase invoices.
- Time to exchange goods within 08 days from the date of purchase (for customers purchasing direct) and 08 days from the date of receipt (for customers purchasing online).

* For customers who buy Online through the website Suteki and Facebook of the fashion company Suteki:
- Contact Suteki Fashion Hotline or text the Suteki Fashion Facebook page to inform and confirm the exchange. Suteki Fashion will confirm and notify the staff of the shipping company to receive the goods.
